Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At Sofia Luca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy or wish to return an item, you can use your right of withdrawal as explained below.

Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts the day after you — or someone authorized by you — receives the product.

During this period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but not use it beyond what’s necessary to decide if you want to keep it. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, following the instructions we provide.

How to Notify a Return?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, please notify us in writing (via email) if you wish to return it. After this notification, you have another 14 days to send the product back, with proof of shipment.

 Important: If you do not inform us in time or fail to return the product within the set period, the purchase becomes final.

Article 2 – Costs of Withdrawal

The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.

If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we’ve received the returned product or valid proof of shipment.

Article 3 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. This applies to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products of a personal or hygienic nature (if the seal is broken)

  • Perishable goods

  • Items such as newspapers, magazines, or unsealed audio/video/software

  • Products affected by market fluctuations

If a product falls under one of these exceptions, this will be clearly stated in the product listing.

Article 4 – Additional Return Right

We go beyond the legal 14-day period — Sofia Luca offers a 30-day return policy, provided:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The original packaging is intact

  • Any defects were reported immediately upon delivery

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or damage.

How Can I Return My Order?

If your item meets the return conditions, please contact us via:

Include the following in your request:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • A photo (if the item is damaged or defective)

  • Your name

Important: Please do not return items to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address after receiving your request.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
